Join Us at a Registration Event!

Registration is now closed until January 2009.

In order to make it easier for you to register your child for our programs, we hold several free events throughout the Spring and early Summer. If you would like to register your child(ren) at one of these events, please be sure to bring the following information:

1. Medical Insurance or Medicaid Card
2. Public Assistance Information (if applicable)
3. Copy of your child's physical examination signed by a physician (exam must be dated after June 1, 2007)
4. Three emergency contact names and phone numbers

Please bring your child(ren) with you to register.

Additionally you may download our application and bring the completed forms with you to the event. Don't worry if you cannot fill out the entire application. Our experienced staff will be there to assist you.
